On November 02, Sunday, there will be a welcome cocktail at Hotel Debret together with the registration at 6 pm.

The conference will be held at the Auditorium Gen. Lins Barros of Centro Brasileiro de Pesquisas Físicas (CBPF) located at the south zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The street address is (with instructions in Portuguese, so that one can show to the taxi driver):

There will be a bus departing from Hotel Debret to CBPF at 8 am on the first day of the meeting (November, 3) and at 8:30 am for the other days. The bus will leave CBPF every day at the end of the last session. The bus schedule will be kept SHARP to avoid delays
